At its heart, CenterView is designed to find data problems in your current systems, process them and then apply fixes automatically. This includes problems within individual systems (e.g. data input or configuration errors), as well as problems in the interfaces between systems (e.g. data reconciliation errors or data processing failures).
Using CenterView's drag and drop modelling screens, users can easily configure CenterView to specify how and when data should be collected from external sources and how that data should be enriched, merged and analysed to give the desired result which could be dashboards, alarms, emails, reports, user tasks or automatic updates into other systems.
Because no programming is required to integrate into your existing systems, implementation time is measured in days rather than months. Using our "Active Collector" approach, all of the information required to enable CenterView to extract data directly from external databases or files can be configured directly through CenterView's modelling GUI.
CenterView can be used within any department, e.g. Billing Operations, Revenue Assurance, Finance or Data Integrity to replace labour intensive data analysis or processing tasks.
