Automatic Issue Resolution

CenterView is not just about finding problems and reporting on them - that is just half the solution. CenterView enables the user to configure what should happen if a problem is found so that everything, even the resolution, is automated.

Having identified the problem data e.g. telephone calls are unbilled because the customer does not yet exist in your billing system, CenterView can be configured to work out the correction and (optionally) automatically apply this to your business systems. Sometimes this automatic behaviour is exactly what you want e.g. in the model below CenterView monitors the billing system and resubmits any "unguided" telephone calls once delayed customer details have been entered into the billing system. In other cases you may wish to add a user task to verify the suggested corrections before the changes are made. The business logic is fully configurable.

Corrections are calculated in the same way that all data is calculated in CenterView - by using the configurable modelling screens. The corrections are applied using CenterView's ActiveExporters™ which update business systems either through their business APIs or via direct database updates.
